As English and Portuguese are quite different languages, in most of the courses I speak in English, so it will be easier for you to understand the main concepts, and it will make the the transition to Portuguese smoother and easier to understand. However when you get to the Advanced course, your understanding of the language will have improved significantly, so I'll explain most of the concepts directly in Portuguese, and only the most complex ones will be introduced in English.
